Proposal of charter flights operations

Dear colleague,

Please find attached viability analysis of a return charter flight operation Cancun-Havana-Cancun.

We estimate that US$ 75,000 will be the minimum investment necessary to commence such an operation to charter 3 weekly flights during a period of 3 to 17 weeks.

The expected rate of return on the invested capital will be of 10% and will be reimburse as soon as the initial cost, 10% for Cuba Travel Corporation and 10% for admin costs and emergency contingencies would be met.
