POL??TICA DE EQUIPAJE DE CUBANA DE AVIACI??N
Equipaje Facturado – Equipaje de Cabina
El equipaje de cabina es el que transporta el pasajero consigo, teniendo total responsabilidad del mismo y cuyo peso est?? incluido en la franquicia permitida. No debe ser aceptado a bordo si no posee etiqueta y est?? limitado a un peso m??ximo de 5kg y limitado por volumen a lo que f??sicamente pueda colocarse debajo del asiento del pasajero o en los compartimentos superiores destinados a tales efectos. La suma de las tres dimensiones no debe exceder los 115 cm, o sea 45 pulgadas
Art??culos restringidos o limitados que pueden transportarse
Existen un grupo de art??culos, que su transportaci??n es permitida en el equipaje facturado, pero de forma restringida o limitada, como por ejemplo: bebidas alcoh??licas, peque??o cilindro de ox??geno de uso m??dico, marcapasos cardiacos, art??culos perforo-cortantes, punzantes o contundentes de cualquier material, longitud o tama??o (incluye m??quina de afeitar). Sobre el Equipaje Facturado
. Identifique su equipaje por dentro y por fuera de manera visible con sus datos personales.
. Conozca la franquicia libre permitida de equipaje que puede transportar en la bodega del avi??n.
Si el peso de su equipaje sobrepasa dicha franquicia, deber?? pagar un recargo por Exceso de Equipaje.
. No guarde ning??n objeto de valor en su equipaje facturado.
. Retire de su equipaje todas las etiquetas de viajes anteriores.
. Empaquete las cajas o contenedores en un embalaje resistente.
. Proteja esmeradamente los art??culos fr??giles que se transportan dentro del equipaje.
Sobre el Equipaje de Cabina
. Conozca la franquicia de equipaje que puede transportar en su equipaje de cabina.
. Aseg??rese que no debe llevar en su equipaje de cabina los art??culos prohibidos o restringidos por nuestra aerol??nea.
. Debe portar en su equipaje de cabina sus medicamentos, documentos, art??culos de valor y dinero.
Exceso de Equipaje y Equipaje no acompa??ado
En nuestra aerol??nea el cargo por kilo (2.2 lbs) de exceso de equipaje ser?? el 1.5 % aproximadamente de la tarifa m??s alta en clase Econ??mica de ida. No obstante su por ciento estar?? dado por la ruta de acuerdo al destino seleccionado.
El equipaje no acompa??ado se debe transportar como carga, cumpli??ndose los requisitos de aceptaci??n, documentado, marcado y manifestado como cualquier otra carga con su conocimiento de embarque (AWB).
Equipajes especiales que requieren de previa Reservaci??n
Para transportar art??culos no facturados de naturaleza voluminosa o fr??gil como: Valijas diplom??ticas, instrumentos musicales, etc. en la cabina de pasajeros ser?? necesario reservar asientos y pagar el cargo normal por exceso de equipaje por kilo. El equipaje especial no ser?? incluido en el peso del equipaje libre permitido del pasajero y no podr?? pesar m??s de 75 kg por asiento. Otros equipajes especiales no podr??n ser transportados en la cabina motivo de regulaciones de seguridad establecidas. Entre estos equipajes est??n:

Equipos de Golf
El equipo de golf comprende una bolsa, palos y un par de zapatos de golf, cuyo peso no exceda de 15 Kg. El peso puede incluirse en la franquicia libre permitida de equipaje.
Aceptaci??n de Equipaje
Nuestra aerol??nea no asume la responsabilidad por:
. Equipaje roto o deteriorado, empaque fr??gil o inapropiado.
. Equipajes que por su forma, peso o volumen dificulte su manipulaci??n y pueda da??ar el resto del equipaje o estructura de la aeronave. Estos equipajes pueden ser despachados como carga.
. Dinero, joyas, documentos de valor, art??culos fr??giles, valiosos o perecederos. El pasajero debe llevarlos bajo su custodia y responsabilidad.

Sports equipment such as: Golf bag, scuba diving, camping, tennis equipment and fishing, will be accepted according to the baggage regulations previously described. Free of charges up to 20 KG. All other sporting equipment will be charges accordingly to excess baggage charges The bicycle must be placed???with handlebars fixed sideways and pedals removed???in a rigid and/or hard shell container specifically designed for shipping or (when transporting collapsible bicycles) in a bicycle suitcase. If not packaged in a container, passengers have to buy a plastic bicycle bag and will accept the item).
The acceptance us checked baggage will be subject to its proper packaging.
